Bikini Bodies 👙& the Pursuit of Happiness

It is officially the last month of 2023! Do you know what that means?? Resolutions!!! Yes, they are here indeed. Every single year people brainstorm goals for the brand, new year. One of the main goals is getting that bikini body. No eye rolls, please! We ALL want to look good. Am I right? Nobody wants to be overweight and miserable. So, does a bikini body equal happiness?


Does it bring as MUCH happiness as a pumpkin spice anything?

Or as much happiness as holding a little, fluffy kitty?

Regardless of WHY you want that bikini body, if you've set that goal, then by all means, do what you can to achieve that goal. I've listed my TOP 7 ways on how to get that bikini body started. Let me know what suggestions you have in the comments below.


  • Walk daily


  • Replace your sugary drinks with bubbly soda


  • Drink water with every meal


  • Limit your "treats" to once a week (It doesn't seem like much, but it plays a HUGE role)


  • Keep a journal on when you feel like binging (Know thyself)


  • Have a accountability partner (Community is vital)


  • Join a challenge!



I recently discovered a platform that has helped me keep track of all the things mentioned above. Have you heard of "1st Phorm"? The community on this platform is AHmazing. I just finished my FIRST 8-week challenge, and I feel stronger than I have in a LONG time! 💪



I had an advisor that helped me every step of the way. It was SO easy to keep track of my water intake and any workouts I did. There was a "week in review" feature, and lots of motivational livestreams along the way. The education was rich and easy to understand. My steps were tracked for me and I received daily reminders to get moving. I NEVER felt alone. I would receive encouraging words from my advisor when I NEEDED them most. This made tracking my calories a breeze. The macros were separated, so I knew what my daily meals were made up of.

Any new journey can be daunting at first. Don't do it alone. You will find you can do SO much more when you are a part of a community who shares similar goals to you.
